Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase. However this only applies to full priced items and you will need to pay your own delivery charges. If you require to return, exchange or receive a refund, please contact us.
When sending products back to us, Unforgettable Products takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items in transit. We would strongly advise that you use registered post to track your item back to us. All items that are returned to Unforgettable Products that do not meet our quality control guidelines will be classified as used. So please ensure all tags are in place and the item is not damaged.
For all items that have been approved a refund or exchange will be made within 7 days. You will be contacted by a Unforgettable Products team member with details.
